What is the Curated Concierge?
The CURATED Concierge is a special service, where we collaborate with you to choose from our luxury gift boxes for your friends, family and valued work partners.
We will assist you in gift planning for up to a full year in advance. We keep your gifting calendar and ship on your special dates!
How do I create an account / log in?
You can create an account at checkout by entering your email. You'll then get a code sent to your email to login. When you shop with us again, as long as you login with that same email (again, get the code and login), the saved addresses will pre-populate for you to be able to select at check-out. Our system will show all of your orders and saved addresses that you've shipped to in the past so no need to keep track on your end. We've got it! You may always email us if you have further questions.
Can I brand the boxes?
Our Curated Concierge is ready to assist you in maintaining your stunning company morale with bespoke CURATED gift boxes for the whole team. Have valued clients and referral partners that you want to impress? Want to throw in a special item with your company logo? Fill out this form to get started.
Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship?
CURATED currently ships within the continental United States. All ground shipping is complimentary ( some exclusions may apply ). Express and Next Day Delivery are available for a fee when selected at checkout.
How are your gift boxes packed?
All CURATED gift boxes come with an exterior box to keep our magnetic closure black gift boxes looking flawless. We are careful to nest all delicate items so they are cozy in their box and arrive ready to give. If you choose a hand writted card at check out to complete your gift, that will be found inside of the black box. Should you ever have an issue with a box arriving looking less than perfect, please email us here!
How do I schedule shipping?
After adding all your selections to your cart, you may add separate shipping addresses and schedule a shipping date, too. Too many to handle? Check out our Concierge so that this season of gifting is a smooth run! We will take care of that for you all year.
Can I cancel a shipment?
All CURATED gift boxes are FINAL SALE and not transferable once the order is placed. Your gift will be beautifully boxed and ready to open by your recipient. They will love it!!!
